Item 1: Fan's Newsletter.
Dr Borinson proposed changing the name from "Coffee Break" to "Bandwagon". Einstein suggested that this would give the game away. Dr Borinson said that was the point.
Motion carried.

Item 2: Exclusion of Wort Llittzer from the Coffee CLub.
David Einstein proposed the removal of Wort Llittzer from the club. Dr Borinson pointed out the legal difficulties in this since Crown vs. Llittzer has ruled membership a condition of bail.
Motion refused.

Item 3: Visit to lavatory by David Einstein.
Motion refused.

Item 4: Dress Code.
Dr Borinson proposed that a dress code should be applied for all performances by the Buena Villa Coffee Club. Einstein suggested that since there had been no performances this was irrelevant. Borinson agreed.
Motion carried. Sub-committee to consider formed, members: Dr Borinson, David Einstein.

Item 5: Length of rehearsals. Einstein pointed out that he has received notice from the European Court of Human rights that the 1 hour rehearsals were in breach of human rights conventions, causing undue stress on band members and anyone within a two mile radius. Proposed reducing length to 40 minutes.
Motion carried. (Einstein has since received representations suggesting this reduction is not enough.

Item 6: Any Other Business. Dr Borinson proposed supplementing the coffee with alcoholic liquids of dubious provenance.
Motion carried.
