I have always thought the service from Hobgoblin staff, both in the shops (Birmingham is my nearest) and now using mail order; it has always been excellent (5 Star).  The staff are always friendly, very efficient and most helpful.  Great stuff and keep up the good work.

I’ve been in a few music shops over the years and have always felt out of place. Normally because of the staff having an attitude towards the customers. I’ve always felt quite uncomfortable because I’m not a musician as such in fact I can only string a few chords together to make a half decent sound. I was therefore extremely pleased and surprised to find the young lady and young man working in your shop in Birmingham not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable happy to talk to a non-muso like myself. I just wanted to say well done.

This is just a quick word to express my appreciation for the service I recently received from your shop in Birmingham....For once, I felt that I was talking to a fellow musician in a music shop, which has not always been the case in the past. We were also of the same age, which helps too! After I had decided to buy an instrument, arranging delivery to France proved to be very straightforward and, above all, very reasonably priced. The guitar was delivered yesterday and had been perfectly packed and as a result was delivered in perfect condition. I am extremely impressed with the service from your shop in Birmingham and feel strongly enough about it to want to tell you myself.

The staff in the Birmingham branch of Hobgoblin were absolutely amazing! I cannot tell you how lovely they all were! Very helpful, more than happy to chat and interested in what I was there for. Plus the fact that I was more than happy with my ukulele deal! I cannot praise them enough. Thank you.
